The book is R350.00 including VAT at 15%. Delivery is R99.00 by nationwide courier, or free by collection in Umhlanga. The total price payable, including delivery, is shown before you confirm your order.
Payment
Payment is taken securely online via Yoco. Direct EFT/bank transfer may also be offered; where selected, payment reference and banking details are provided at checkout.
Delivery timeframe
Courier orders are dispatched within two business days and typically arrive within three to five business days nationwide. Collection orders are ready within one business day; we email you when your copy is waiting.
Cooling-off and returns
Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an online purchase within seven days of receiving the book, without reason, and receive a refund of the purchase price. The book must be returned in its original condition; the direct cost of returning it is for your account. This cooling-off right does not apply to copies that have been personalised or signed to your instruction.
Damaged or defective goods
If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within seven days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
